We are counting on you
- Management and organisation of the spare parts warehouse as well as leadership of two employees
- Responsibility for inventory management and shipping of spare parts
- Processing of spare parts orders and their billing
- Handling customer enquiries about spare parts and administrative matters
- Active customer contact via email, telephone, and directly on site in customer service
- Support of affiliated dealer operations in daily business
- Ensuring target achievement in the spare parts area
What you bring
- Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ in the field of spare parts, ideally complemented by professional experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck brands is an advantage
- Independent and reliable working style as well as high commitment
- Motivation to lead on the shop floor and take responsibility
- Enthusiasm for process-oriented work and change processes
- Driving licence category B, category C is an advantage
