- You actively participate in personnel planning and development
- You advise and care for our customers expertly and with great passion
- You are responsible for product presentation and maintenance of the sales area
- You have completed training and several years of experience in sales, ideally in the shoe or fashion industry
- You bring strong leadership skills and team spirit
- Your high customer and service orientation characterises your daily work
- You also bring flexibility and commitment, including at weekends
- You enjoy working with people and have a positive demeanour
