- Identifying, observing and documenting the nursing process

- Knowledge of the development of psychiatric illnesses
- Ability for professional and multiprofessional exchange
- Willingness for further training and education
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility and commitment
- Empathy for people with psychiatric illnesses
