Spitex Horgen-Oberrieden is part of the Society department of the municipality of Horgen and belongs to the Department of Ageing, Health and Spitex. Around 80 employees ensure that our clients can lead a self-determined life at home.

Nursing Team Leader

Our team leader is being promoted, so we are looking for a strong, committed and empathetic leader from 1 September 2026.

Your tasks

• With us, you take on a responsible and versatile role close to the people, the team and the further development of our organisation.
• You operationally lead one of our two nursing teams and at the same time stay close to the action by occasionally working in nursing yourself.
• You lead projects, actively contribute to implementation and creatively, solution-oriented and future-focused help shape the further development of our organisation.
• In doing so, you work closely with other specialist departments, ensure good networking and contribute to successful collaboration in everyday life.

What distinguishes you

• You have training as a nursing professional HF/FH and already bring leadership experience including leadership training.
• You convince with pronounced social skills, teamwork and strong communication.
• You also bring IT skills as well as an interest in social media.
• An independent and structured way of working, high initiative and team spirit characterise you.
• Even in challenging situations, you remain flexible, committed and do not lose your sense of humour.
