Our rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach offers rehabilitation at the highest medical level. The range extends from neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiological to rheumatological rehabilitation. In our modern infrastructure, we combine medical excellence with individual care. Our interdisciplinary team accompanies patients with a holistic approach on their way back to everyday life.

• Leadership: As deputy head of nursing, you actively contribute at the leadership level and represent me in all relevant matters during my absence. You share responsibility in the personnel, professional and administrative leadership of our management team
• Development:Together with the head of nursing, you accompany, promote and strengthen employees in their professional and personal development and contribute to an open, respectful, appreciative working culture. You will have the opportunity to actively shape and accompany processes and changes
• Management team: You are part of the management team of the Bad Zurzach rehabilitation clinic and contribute significantly to the further development of the location
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely in an interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists and doctors

You bring with you

• Education: Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH including an NDS as Dipl. Department Head HF
• Permits: You hold a professional practice permit (BAB) or are willing to apply for one
• Experience: You already have professional experience as well as leadership experience
• Personality: You enjoy working in an interprofessional team, think in networks and always look for solution-oriented approaches. Your positive, communicative manner and your pronounced quality awareness characterise you as a person
• IT skills: Proficient in handling common computer programmes (Outlook, Clinical Information System, Planning Software Polypoint)
