Housekeeping Specialist EFZ, Witikon Location

Tasks

• You independently clean the assigned rooms according to the deployment plan, adhering to economical and environmentally friendly aspects.
• You ensure a clean, careful and flawless cleaning, care and preparation of all operational and professional laundry as well as the private laundry of the residents, taking into account internal processes and regulations.
• You provide professional instructions to cleaning staff, possibly also to employees from other areas, in operational cleaning and laundry procedures and methods.
• You support the housekeeping management in daily responsibilities. You supervise new employees and trainees and assist with practical training and induction.

Profile

• Enjoyment in contact with residents, passion for the profession, high quality standards and service orientation
• Good oral and written German skills as well as existing IT knowledge
• Completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ Optimism, teamwork, diligence and flexibility
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (normal working hours are during the day, no evening or night work)

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 64,070 to CHF 85,610 (100%) depending on experience.

The Witikon and Riesbach Health Centres are jointly managed and are located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in districts 7 and 8. The Witikon Health Centre for the Elderly combines various care and support services under one roof. The Riesbach Health Centre for the Elderly is entirely focused on the treatment, care and support of people with dementia. The secured house offers peace, security and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you will work together with 400 colleagues.
