About the job

We are a family-owned company based in Uri. Our 5 stores (3 x herzog mode, 2 x Monolabel/Multilabel stores with Street One, Cecil etc.) can be found in UR, SZ and AG. Since March 2023, we have also been serving our customers at the EKZ Länderpark in Stans NW. Currently, we are around 33 people including management and look forward to possibly having you on board soon! More information can be found at herzog-mode dot ch.

Tasks

You will work in our store at Länderpark Stans NW with Street One, Cecil, Tom Tailor and S. Oliver in a lively team of 9 colleagues. We offer ladies', gentlemen's and teen fashion.

Active, customer-oriented selling with pre-selection/full service, maintaining the customer base and supporting the brand managers with goods receipt, merchandise presentation and rearranging are your main tasks. The usual side duties such as tidying up, dusting etc. are of course also part of the job.

The store is currently managed by the team, management supports by phone and is also on site every week. With an 80% workload and appropriate experience and suitability, it is possible to plan you towards store management/branch management after a training period.

Cash register and goods in/out are fully digitalised with us. No paperwork, our team in Altdorf takes care of that for you!

Qualification

We are looking for you with training (in retail clothing) and/or experience in a comparable position. You have already worked for a few years in a store with a similar range. Would you like to apply as store manager/branch manager? Then you have already gained experience in this area...
