Your Responsibility – You Ensure

• You ensure that valuations are prepared thoroughly, transparently and on time.
• You ensure that construction trust and project development mandates are managed professionally and investment decisions are secured through reliable reporting and analyses.
• You ensure that our larger property management clients are personally looked after as key accounts and remain loyal to us in the long term.
• You ensure that internal and external contacts are competently advised on more complex real estate matters.
• You ensure that new business opportunities are developed through active acquisition.
• Additionally: Taking on smaller construction management projects is possible.

Your Profile

• Commercial background with real estate-specific further training or construction background with proven commercial experience (e.g. draughtsperson EFZ, technical merchant)
• Professional experience in the real estate sector (3+ years)
• Affinity for numbers and good IT skills
• Construction management experience is an advantage
• Resilient team player with analytical skills, assertiveness and high commitment
• Leadership skills and social competence
