CAD/BIM Modeller Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist as a CAD/BIM Modeller Building Services Engineering (80-100%) for the digital planning of sophisticated technical systems. You will create and coordinate 2D/3D models, piping plans and schematic diagrams for complex refrigeration systems in industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical and commercial projects. A particular focus is on BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and Trimble Nova as well as model-based collaboration with project management and specialist planning. The position offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in industrial refrigeration technology and actively further develop digital planning methods.
Responsibilities:
Creation and editing of CAD/BIM models for sophisticated refrigeration and building services systems
Planning and modelling of cooling, deep-freeze and technical rooms
Creation of piping, installation and coordination plans in 2D and 3D
Development of schematic diagrams, system diagrams and technical planning bases
Modelling and coordination of pipe networks, system components and technical installations
Editing planning models with Revit, AutoCAD and/or Trimble Nova
Conducting spatial specialist coordination and clash detection with other building services trades
Coordination of models with HVAC, electrical, architectural and structural planning
Close collaboration with project managers and specialist planners during project and execution planning
Independent participation in coordination meetings and ICE sessions
Preparation and maintenance of BIM models, plan statuses and project documentation
Contributing to the further development of BIM standards, modelling guidelines and digital planning processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as a building services planner EFZ in an HVAC specialisation or technical training in refrigeration, heating or mechanical engineering
Experience in CAD and 3D building services planning
User knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and/or Trimble Nova
Knowledge of BIM, model-based specialist coordination and digital plan processing is an advantage
Technical understanding of pipe systems and building services installations
Experience in refrigeration technology is an advantage; a corresponding specialisation can be developed
Very good German language skills spoken and written
