WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

Consulting: You analyze business processes and show companies how to optimally use Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Project Management: You take responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics projects and lead them to success with a clear focus.
Customization: You design individual solutions and adapt Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the needs of the customers.
Solution Concepts: You develop tailored strategies for specific challenges – always in close coordination with the customers.
Workshops: You conceptualize, plan, and lead workshops to impart knowledge and develop solutions.
Requirements: You specify customer-specific needs and ensure smooth implementation.
Presales Support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

Professional Experience: You have at least five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have already successfully implemented individual customizations.
Expertise: You understand the Dynamics 365 architecture as well as process and data modeling and know other modules.
Communication: You actively exchange ideas, find solutions, and moderate differing opinions.
Workshops: You plan and conduct workshops independently – from preparation to follow-up.
Certificates: You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced, or are willing to complete it.
Customer Focus: You work solution-oriented, keep goals in mind, and are willing to travel for projects.
Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
