- Consulting: You analyze business processes and show companies how to optimally use Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Project Management: You take responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics projects and lead them to success with a clear focus.
- Customization: You design individual solutions and adapt Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the needs of the customers.
- Solution Concepts: You develop tailored strategies for specific challenges – always in close coordination with the customers.
- Workshops: You conceptualize, plan, and lead workshops to impart knowledge and develop solutions.
- Requirements: You specify customer-specific needs and ensure smooth implementation.
- Presales Support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- Professional Experience: You have at least five years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have already successfully implemented individual customizations.
- Expertise: You understand the Dynamics 365 architecture as well as process and data modeling and know other modules.
- Communication: You actively exchange ideas, find solutions, and moderate differing opinions.
- Workshops: You plan and conduct workshops independently – from preparation to follow-up.
- Certificates: You have successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced, or are willing to complete it.
- Customer Focus: You work solution-oriented, keep goals in mind, and are willing to travel for projects.
- Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
