• You work on diverse tasks and structural challenges of maintaining the value of properties along the lifecycle (projects possible in the Bern, Solothurn, Basel, Basel-Landschaft or Aargau regions)
• You advise, plan and implement small and medium-sized renovation projects
• You are responsible for timely, cost- and quality-compliant execution
• You prepare building condition analyses of existing properties
• You support property managers in technical construction questions and budgeting
• You actively maintain internal and external customer relationships

• You have completed a basic technical construction education and further training as a Technician HF, Architect FH or Civil Engineer FH
• You bring several years of professional experience as a project manager of renovation projects
• You possess a high technical understanding, have a pragmatic mindset and act solution-oriented
• You are resilient and have very good organisational skills for handling several projects simultaneously
• You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support change
• You have a strong customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You have an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting as well as pleasant manners
