What to expect
- Responsibility for strategy, vision, and roadmap in the area of Product Data
- Prioritization of initiatives focusing on business impact, data quality, and efficiency
- Technical leadership of a cross-functional team and ensuring effective collaboration
- Close coordination with engineering for successful implementation of product goals
- Management of the entire product lifecycle from discovery to further development
- Advancement of central product data capabilities (e.g., master data, enrichment, automation)
- Ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality product data
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials along the processes
- Promotion of automation, including the use of AI and LLM solutions
- Creating transparency about goals, progress, and impact
What you bring
- Several years of experience in product management of digital products or platforms
- Experience in a strategic product role (e.g., product lead)
- Practical experience working with cross-functional teams and engineering
- Good understanding of product data, data models, and scalable system landscapes
- Experience handling complex assortments and corresponding processes
- Solid knowledge of agile product development (e.g., Scrum)
- Ability to pragmatically and effectively apply agile methods
- Strong stakeholder management and pronounced communication skills
- Analytical, conceptual, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ideally experience with PIM, MDM as well as data-driven work and AI/LLM tools
