• Responsibility for strategy, vision, and roadmap in the area of Product Data
• Prioritization of initiatives focusing on business impact, data quality, and efficiency
• Technical leadership of a cross-functional team and ensuring effective collaboration
• Close coordination with engineering for successful implementation of product goals
• Management of the entire product lifecycle from discovery to further development
• Advancement of central product data capabilities (e.g., master data, enrichment, automation)
• Ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality product data
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials along the processes
• Promotion of automation, including the use of AI and LLM solutions
• Creating transparency about goals, progress, and impact

• Several years of experience in product management of digital products or platforms
• Experience in a strategic product role (e.g., product lead)
• Practical experience working with cross-functional teams and engineering
• Good understanding of product data, data models, and scalable system landscapes
• Experience handling complex assortments and corresponding processes
• Solid knowledge of agile product development (e.g., Scrum)
• Ability to pragmatically and effectively apply agile methods
• Strong stakeholder management and pronounced communication skills
• Analytical, conceptual, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ideally experience with PIM, MDM as well as data-driven work and AI/LLM tools
