Specialist in Consultation and Admission

careköniz AG operates in the health and care sector and offers services for elderly as well as care-dependent and assisted people. careköniz includes SPITEX Region Köniz with around 800 clients and the Lilienweg Retirement Home with 138 places. On 1 January 2025, careköniz was formed from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 staff. These are your tasks:

• You conduct professional assessment and consultation discussions with the various stakeholders.
• You provide information about tariffs and the basics of financing the residential stay.
• You plan the admission to the home and advise and support all parties involved in a professional manner.
• You organise and coordinate internal and external transfers or discharges to home.
• You inform the care team about the collected assessment information.
• You work interdisciplinarily with internal and external specialists and ensure professional information exchange.
• You support relatives in filling out applications for helplessness compensation.

We wish for:

• You have a nursing diploma and corresponding professional experience in long-term care, preferably also in the acute sector.
• With your empathy and solution-oriented working style, you build sustainable relationships.
• You quickly recognise the problem areas of the stakeholders and use your broad knowledge and comprehensive expertise during needs assessment.
• You have very good communication skills, speak and understand German very well; knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
• You are a team-oriented and responsible personality who also enjoys working independently.
• You have a flair for administrative tasks and are proficient in using software programmes.
