Would you like to take on a central role in the supervision of Switzerland's financial market infrastructures? Then you are in the right place with us.
Main tasks
- Further development of the risk-oriented supervisory concept for financial market infrastructures (central securities depositories, central counterparties, exchanges, payment systems and consolidated supervision of FMI groups) with a focus on data-driven supervision
- Conceptual development and further enhancement of data-based reports and risk analyses to support supervisory decisions
- Active and professional participation in the supervision of central securities depositories, central counterparties, exchanges, payment systems and FMI groups
- Participation in on-site inspections and conducting in-depth supervisory clarifications in the area of financial market infrastructures
- Collaboration with the Swiss National Bank and international supervisory authorities on professional and supervisory-relevant issues
Profile
- University degree in finance, economics, business informatics or a comparable field; additional training (e.g. data analytics, risk management, audit) advantageous
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the financial market environment, ideally in supervision, risk audit and/or regulation
- Basic understanding of financial market infrastructures (especially central securities depositories, central counterparties, exchanges or payment systems) as well as operational and technological risks
- Experience in analysing and structuring complex information as well as in preparing results tailored to the target audience
- Interest in and/or experience with data-driven analysis and reporting approaches
- Very good oral and written German (C2) and English skills (C1)
