The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach Elderly and Health Centres, housing around 130 residents as well as a day care centre, Spitex, assisted living for the elderly and advisory services with a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. To strengthen our nursing teams, we are looking for a specialist responsible for RAI who will support our team with expertise, commitment and joy in collaboration.

Your new tasks

• Assuming specialist responsibility for interRAI LTCF and enhancing nursing quality in everyday care
• Independent execution, coordination and professional control of interRAI LTCF assessments
• Coaching and professional support of interRAI LTCF supervisors / interRAI LTCF coordinators
• Implementation and support of nursing processes as well as promotion of professional development
• Varied role with 50% direct care and 50% administrative tasks
• Close collaboration with the nursing expert

What you bring

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Training as interRAI LTCF supervisor or interRAI LTCF expert
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent working style
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and ability to coach, motivate and professionally support staff
• High standards for nursing quality as well as business management thinking and action
• Very good user knowledge of Office applications and programmes
• Willingness to work 4 to 6 weekend shifts per year
