Area of responsibility

Creating qualification plans and risk analyses

Supporting technical staff in carrying out qualifications

Preparing qualification reports and technical change requests

Processing calibration and maintenance regulations

Close cooperation with production and quality assurance

Presenting technical systems and processes in customer and authority audits

Analysing business processes

Project activities

Your profile

Completed studies in pharmaceutical technology, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar, or technical training with many years of professional experience

Experience in the field of qualification (room qualification / equipment qualification) as well as system validation is a great advantage

Experience in project work / project management

Ideally, initial experience with lean management in the areas of throughput times, 5S, equipment efficiency (OEE), yield, continuous improvement process, etc.

Green Belt Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain it

Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; experience with ERP, MES or other systems is an advantage

Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style

Very good communication skills
