Project Manager Corporate Development 80 - 100%

In this versatile role, you will support hospital management in overseeing the hospital-wide project portfolio, independently lead strategic projects, and accompany organisational changes. You will work closely with the executive board and various specialist departments.

Your Challenge

• Leading strategic projects: Independent planning and management of strategic projects, especially for the further development of service offerings and infrastructure initiatives. You are responsible for project goals, milestones, risks, and successful implementation.
• Project management & change management: Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders, monitoring deadlines and project objectives, as well as supporting organisational change processes.
• Project portfolio & methodology: Assisting in managing the hospital-wide project portfolio, further developing project management standards, and conducting project reviews and lessons-learned workshops.
• Process analysis & requirements: Analysing processes, gathering requirements, and identifying optimisation potentials in close coordination with the responsible specialist departments.

Your Profile

• Completed Master’s degree in economics or social sciences, health management, organisational development, or a comparable field
• Experience in independently managing projects, ideally in healthcare
• Sound knowledge of project management methods such as HERMES or PRINCE2 and/or agile approaches
• Experience in supporting change processes and organisational development
• Structured, independent working style with a high standard of quality and an eye for detail
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as diplomatic tact and a sense of humour
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
