Our workplace is Bern and the properties you manage are also located in Bern and the surrounding area. For our property management, we are looking for an experienced person who thinks along, gets stuck in and is keen to achieve something together with us.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US

• Independent management of your own portfolio with rental properties and condominiums in Bern and the surrounding area
• Friendly and competent support of owners, tenants and condominium owners – friendly, competent and calm even when things get tough
• Preparation and conduct of condominium owners’ meetings
• Rentals including viewings, contracts, inspections and handovers, and final accounts
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs, renovations and tradespeople
• Handling of damage and insurance cases
• Property accounting: annual financial statements, heating and ancillary cost statements for tenants and condominium owners, budget planning, creditors/debtors
• Regular property inspections – because real estate is known not to be managed just from the office chair

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Experience with rental properties, condominiums and co-ownership
• Good knowledge and a solid understanding of property accounting – numbers should not make you nervous
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a professional, likeable appearance
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and eagerness to push forward and make a difference
• Federal professional certificate in property management
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B – unfortunately, our properties don’t come to the office
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Experience with property management software – ideally Immotop2
