With around 60 properties in administrative and financial assets and around 220 rental apartments (partly managed externally), we have an exciting property portfolio that is undergoing change. As part of the certification with the environmental label Grüner Güggel, the church community has set itself the goal, in cooperation with the city of Lucerne and the energy companies, to reduce its own CO2 emissions to a minimum (the so-called "reduction path"). The church council has created a new position for this purpose. We are looking for an architect or technician in construction/architecture (80 - 100% workload) starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your task: Implementation of the CO2 reduction path
- Prioritization of measures, planning, budgeting, cost control, overall project overview
- Building applications, realization, supervision of construction measures, documentation
- Collaboration with authorities, energy suppliers, companies
- Preparation of proposals to the church council, representation of proposals in the church council
- Close cooperation with the person responsible for construction in the church council

We expect
- training as a FH architect or HF technician in construction planning and architecture
- several years of professional experience in managing and implementing construction projects in the field of energy renovations and alternative energies
- business management training is an advantage
- knowledge of tendering and public procurement processes
- affinity for listed properties
- good IT skills (Microsoft, appointment/project planning, property software)
- independent, careful, and well-structured working style
- teamwork skills, high independence, flexibility
- negotiation skills and assertiveness
