Qualified Nurse for the OSAD (home care organisation) service at 50%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of residents in the spirit of our care model and the care process in the 39 on-site apartments.
• Taking on tasks as the nursing reference person
• Responsibility and control of the care process for assigned residents
• Collaboration with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist...)
• Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach
• Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Management of case discussions and nursing care reports
• Billing of care services

Your profile

• Completed qualified nursing training or equivalent recognised training by the CRS
• Professional experience in home care, CMS or a private structure is an advantage
• Knowledge in billing management is an advantage

• Organised, calm, thorough, committed and motivated
• Enjoyment in taking on varied challenges
• Knowledge of French, spoken and written
