For the newly opened Senevita Dreiklang in Lausen we are looking for immediately or by arrangement an organized and warm-hearted person as

Residential Area Manager and Deputy Head of Nursing (m/f) 100%

• You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for correct needs assessments
• You share responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic goals
• As a nurse, you support the familiar and well-coordinated team and together ensure the best possible quality of care
• You lead by example every day and motivate your team to top performance
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize daily care
• You ensure the flow of information to residents, relatives, and the care team

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF
• Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with corresponding training
• Enjoyment in shaping a still new operation
• Experience in long-term care or home care as well as dealing with people with dementia
• Interest in care development and improving care quality
• You think economically and good RAI knowledge would be desirable
