The St. Antonius Appenzell Grammar School (www.gymnasium.ai.ch) operates as a cantonal secondary school with a federally recognised Matura, offering lower and upper secondary education. Around 250 pupils are taught at this traditional, humanistically influenced school.

From the start of the 2027/28 school year (1 August 2027), we are seeking a teacher for the core subject of Mathematics.

Your Responsibilities

• Teaching the core subject of Mathematics in lower and upper secondary school
• Collaboration within the subject department as well as in teaching and school development projects

Your Profile

• Completed university Master’s degree in Mathematics
• Teaching diploma for Matura schools or in training
• Proven professional as well as pedagogical and didactic competencies and strong social skills in dealing with young people
• Enjoyment of teaching at a grammar school with a family-like atmosphere
