We are a medium-sized housing cooperative with around 550 apartments and a small, straightforward team. Here, we do not work alongside each other, but together: We pitch in collectively and support one another.

Your tasks with us

• Comprehensive care: Professional maintenance and upkeep of our cooperative green and outdoor areas
• Ecological transformation: Gradual conversion of areas into natural, biodiverse, and climate-resilient habitats
• Fostering community: Maintenance and development of communal meeting zones and play areas
• Team support: Active participation in the caretaker team, winter services, and on-call duties

Your profile

• Completed training as a Gardener EFZ or Landscape Gardener EFZ
• Independent and reliable working style
