In the field of nursing and midwifery education, we train over 400 apprentices and students annually. All nursing and midwifery professionals and the vocational trainers on the wards work together with the educational officers to ensure high-quality training. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our training team from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- As head of the FH Midwifery programme, you are primarily responsible for planning, organisation, the practical curriculum, and transfer coaching.
- You manage, plan, and support the training process of tertiary-level students (HF/FH Nursing, FH Midwifery) in the Women’s and Children’s Clinic. You support them in their individual learning and development process and take on personnel management.
- You are responsible for formative and summative assessments.
- You design transfer lessons in the classroom and conduct learning sequences in practice.
- You ensure compliance with legal, institutional, and educational requirements and are actively involved in the strategic development of training, projects, and public relations.
Profile
- Completed university degree in midwifery (Bachelor or Master)
- Training as a vocational school teacher/adult educator
- Experience in training and teaching
- Independent working style with strong organisational, planning, and administrative skills
- High presentation skills and communication ability
- A personable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and resilient personality
