For a care ward with 16 residents, we are looking for a committed ward manager. You will lead a team of 8–9 employees and ensure professional care and support. You actively participate in care and take on approximately 20% administrative tasks. These include organisation, leadership, care planning, and documentation. Work is done with LOBOS and interRAI. Leadership experience is an advantage.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH

• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility for a team

• Enjoyment of a combination of leadership role and practical care

• Good organisational skills and independent working style

• Responsible, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality

• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with different professional groups

• Knowledge of LOBOS and interRAI is an advantage

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
