Field Service Technician - Permanent Full-Time (M/F)

YOUR MISSION:

• Providing after-sales service at our Swiss and international clients’ sites
• Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance at our clients’ premises
• Installing our machines

YOUR PROFILE:

• Enjoy travelling and being open to challenges and new cultures
• Availability for business trips, mainly in Switzerland and Europe (70-80%)
• Good knowledge of French and English
• Enjoy acting as an ambassador for Rollomatic towards our clients and have a taste for customer contact
• Technical federal certificate of competence (CFC) in automation, mechanics, or automotive fields
• Enjoy solving complex technical cases, including electrical ones
• Category B driving licence (car)
• Good presentation and communication skills (willing to train our clients)
• Good stress resistance
