• Your tasks:
• Personal and competent customer advice on-site, by phone, and by email
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Acceptance and coordination of customer orders as well as planning of workshop work
• Monitoring of service processes and coordination with the workshop
• Acceptance and delivery of customer vehicles
• Complete order processing and invoicing of workshop orders
• Ensuring warranty processing with the importer
• Your profile:
• Completed apprenticeship in the automotive trade
• Customer-oriented thinking and high service commitment
• Flexible and a team player
• French language skills
