Ward Manager (m/f), 80 - 100 %

Your Tasks

• Operational management of a nursing ward with 16 residents
• Ensuring professional and individual care and support of our residents, taking into account the concepts, guidelines and standards of the LAK
• Promotion and support of employees in their professional development
• Participation in ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Ensuring nursing documentation and good information flow

Your Profile

• Completed diploma training as a nursing specialist recognised in Switzerland or the EU
• Leadership experience with corresponding further training is an advantage
• High social competence and communication skills
• Empathetic and appreciative manner
• Good IT user skills
