To strengthen our team at our Avenches site, we are looking for a

Main responsibilities

• Technical management of buildings: ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose malfunctions and coordinate work and external service providers.

• Site and general services management: manage access, common areas, waste and equipment necessary for the daily operation of the sites.

• Safety and compliance: contribute to compliance with safety, hygiene and occupational health standards, in coordination with the Bio Safety Officer.

• Cleaning coordination: supervise internal and external teams, control the quality of services and guarantee hygiene standards.

• Operational coordination: act as the interface with site managers, management, owners and service providers, document interventions and participate in LabPoint infrastructure development projects.

Regular travel between the company’s different sites is to be expected

Profile sought

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical building profession, with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Autonomous, versatile and proactive person, with good organisational skills, great adaptability and good priority management.

• Comfortable coordinating multiple interventions and managing unforeseen events.

• Fluency in French and German; English is an asset.
