Administrative Clerk (40%) of the Civil Protection Organization Region Köniz
What you will achieve with us
- Responsible for the office of the Civil Protection Organization Region Köniz (ZSO)
- Handling daily business in the area of civil protection
- Recording and triaging orders as well as managing the business control of the ZSO
- Organizing and taking minutes of meetings
- Assisting with other administrative tasks in the area of protection and rescue Köniz
- Contributing to the further development of work processes
- Working hours on four weekly half-days (each from 08:00 to 12:00 or from 13:00 to 17:00)
How you impress us
- Completed commercial basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in administration in a comparable environment (e.g., civil protection, fire department, police, military, security)
- Proficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office products and experience with PISA civil protection or similar personnel management tools is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and conscientious working style
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken at least C1)
- Cheerful, flexible, and committed personality with the willingness to work outside office hours in exceptional situations
