Initial Situation

Export is the topic - naturally with ATLAS! For a well-known, large customs clearance agency, we are looking for a good person as an export declarant. Would you like to contribute in a new environment?
Important: Regular working hours - Monday to Friday - until approx. 5:30 pm.

Tasks

• Customs clearance of export shipments
• Creating customs declarations according to country-specific customs regulations
• Processing customer orders
• Obtaining customs clearance instructions from customers
• Processing customs documents for import & export handling
• Clarifying customs-related issues with customs authorities
• Performing administrative tasks related to the customs clearance business

Requirements

Professional experience in export customs clearance (at a customs clearance agency or a forwarding company)
Export experience / ATLAS (DE import / EU customs clearance)

IT

MS Office programmes: user knowledge
ATLAS: good knowledge
E-DEC Exp / NCTS / Passar: knowledge

Languages

German: good to very good (spoken and written)
Foreign languages: an advantage
