Skills
- You have experience in social work or are currently studying.
- Leadership experience in youth events or camps is essential.

Youth Work Employee (30%)
Your mission
• You accompany and shape
youth work projects that
make sense – for young people and for the church
• You also keep an overview of administrative
tasks
• You lead our legendary ski & snowboard camp
"Snowcamp", including
main responsibility and
camp management
• You are co-leader in the children's day camp and help
with planning and implementation
• You bring fresh ideas,
new formats and church-based youth work on an equal footing forward
What you bring
• You are in social
training or have already
completed it
• You have initial leadership experience at youth events
and/or camps
• You are enthusiastic about youth work with heart, attitude and
hope
• Church is not a
foreign word for you, but a place
with potential
