Whether regular assignments or occasional support – with us you can determine your availability yourself and flexibly adapt your work to your everyday life.

• You take on the individual care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment.
• Depending on your training and qualifications, you independently and professionally carry out basic and treatment nursing measures.
• You observe and assess the health status of our clients and respond professionally to changes.
• You promote the independence and quality of life of our clients and respond to their individual needs.
• You carefully document your nursing services and ensure smooth information exchange.

• You step in flexibly when needed and support our nursing team in various assignments.

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or Certified Nursing Professional HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in independently caring for and supporting people in their familiar home environment
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different assignments
• A warm-hearted, empathetic and reliable personality
• Sense of responsibility, professional competence and careful working style
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence and own car, advantageous
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and independent work
