Inquisitive Health Specialist Spitex

The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach elderly and health centres, housing around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counselling with a total of around 240 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for you to complement our motivated team.

Your new tasks

• Independent care and treatment in manageable care situations and participation in assessment
• Support in case management for complex care and active involvement in the care process
• Service recording and care documentation using SWING and RAI-HC
• Co-responsibility for good collaboration in the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Participation in quality improvement
• Training of new employees

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Strong in medical-technical tasks and supporting the care process in Spitex
• Good organisational and delegating skills
• Understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
• High degree of independence and networked thinking
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
