- You lead and encourage the employees in your department and regularly conduct interviews with them
- You monitor the department's objectives and take appropriate measures in consultation with the branch management
- You understand and embody Ochsner Sport's sales philosophy and thus help to enthuse our customers
- You confidently use the till and other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to facilitate the sales process
- You actively support the implementation of merchandising guidelines to always present our products optimally
- You have completed basic sales training with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports sector
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales are required, ideally in the sports sector
- Solid knowledge of the sports sector is required
- You have already gained initial experience in personnel management
- You have excellent command of French; knowledge of other national languages is an asset
- You maintain honest and respectful relationships with your colleagues and superiors and always keep your composure, even in special sales situations or during busy periods
