Job Description
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the analysis of business requests and the implementation of projects for the entire Swiss Medical Network group, guaranteeing high performance and quality standards.
Main tasks
- You evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with our internal clients.
- You formulate objectives, establish functional and non-functional specifications.
- You use the "design thinking" methodology and rapid software prototyping.
- You lead continuous business process reviews and develop optimization strategies.
- You effectively communicate ideas and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- You stay up to date with the latest requirement engineering and requirements analysis processes, as well as advances in system automation and modernization.
- You ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- You perform and/or support user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or equivalent qualification/experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent ability to analyze and model user needs.
- Strong experience in implementing application architectures in environments involving interoperable middleware components as well as market solutions.
- Proven experience in project management using Agile methods (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban).
- Dynamic, innovative, and motivated by teamwork, with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Capable of working in a highly dynamic technical environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, including clear and precise oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus.
- Bilingual in German and French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
