As a leading universal bank, we offer our customers a comprehensive range of digital payment solutions. In the "Product Management Payment Services" team, we continuously develop ZKB TWINT, our customer interfaces/APIs, Open Banking, and customer reporting for payment transactions.

Your Tasks
- Implementing various projects and initiatives to further develop the offering within the product management lifecycle
- Developing product strategies based on market and usage analyses
- Analysing and optimising processes; ensuring requirements in process and data management
- Coordinating measures to manage financial and non-financial risks
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (communications, marketing, front units, legal department, IT, etc.)
- Representing the bank in external working groups and committees
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, banking, engineering sciences, natural sciences, or mathematics
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, consulting, or a project management role in mobile payment or payment transactions
- Experience leading implementation programmes of various sizes
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent sense of customer needs and a deep understanding of market requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German
