Your tasks
- You lead the sales, marketing and public transport customer service departments as well as marketing for the Zug tariff association – a span of control of 26 employees (including decentralised teams), 6 of whom you lead directly.
- You are close to your teams, provide orientation, recognise potential, lead with joy, clarity and trust, and actively shape the further development of these areas.
- You are responsible for the marketing and communication concepts for public transport based on multi-year strategies and implement them effectively with your team.
- You actively drive market development in the B2B sector – focusing on the sales platform Faboo – and enthusiastically develop new business opportunities.
- You continuously manage and optimise the sales channels, analyse their performance and derive targeted measures.
Your profile
- You are an approachable leader who coaches and supports their employees. You recognise potential and create an environment where people grow and succeed together.
- You have a higher education in marketing or sales as well as several years of leadership experience in an SME environment with a focus on customer orientation/marketing. We desire experience with sales strategies, B2B or data-driven marketing.
- With conceptual strength, you actively drive topics forward, bring fresh ideas and set impulses for the future.
- As a strong team player, you live a trusting collaboration, work cross-departmentally and convince with transparent communication and confident presence.
- You share our enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and the Zug region.
