For our client, a renowned company in the construction industry in the Greater Bern area, we are currently seeking support in accounts receivable. The vacancy as a qualified clerk accounts receivable 80-100% serves as support for the existing finance team due to an internal change. The start date is immediate or by arrangement (start also possible in January or February 2027) and is to be filled within a Try&Hire model.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for posting and controlling various payment flows as well as ensuring correct financial accounting
• You independently process incoming payments, bank transactions, refunds and payment discrepancies and ensure seamless account reconciliation
• Accounts receivable management includes monitoring outstanding receivables, dunning runs as well as handling debt collection and enforcement cases
• You support analyses, controls and reporting with high data quality and actively contribute to process improvements and system adjustments

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education with subsequent finance-specific further training or similar
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on accounts receivable
• You already have experience with the ERP programme SAP, initial experience in reconciliation is an advantage
• As an employee, you are service-oriented as well as communicative and have a good command of German, both spoken and written
