Patient Disposition Clerk

About the job

• Processing registrations according to referrals in the outpatient area
• Maintaining the waiting list
• Telephone and written communication with patients, relatives as well as internal and external offices
• Coordination of patient appointments and invitation to the initial consultation
• Ensuring a smooth process between the outpatient clinics and patient disposition
• Maintenance and management of master/patient data in the Nexus system
• Support with administrative tasks and process optimisations

• Commercial clerk with a professional certificate or with paramedical training and further education as a healthcare clerk H+
• Experience in disposition and/or healthcare is an advantage
• High service orientation and strong quality awareness
• Strong organisational skills and networked thinking
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Very good communication skills with internal and external contact groups
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Confident handling of IT systems, common office applications and Nexus is an advantage
• Support of the Christian core values of Klinik SGM
