Tasks
• preparing customs declarations for artworks and antiques (import, export, transit)
• preparing customs applications for temporary import and export
• clarifying customs requirements
• preparing and accompanying customs audits
• checking and complying with national and international regulations
• communicating with customs authorities, galleries and freight forwarders
• managing customs documents and data
• supporting transport organisation
Requirements
• commercial basic training, preferably as a freight forwarding clerk or customs declarant
• approx. two to three years of experience in customs as a customs declarant
• structured and independent working style with high reliability
• interest in cultural goods
IT
MS Office - good knowledge
Languages
German: native language
English: good spoken and written
Age
approx. 20 to 35 years young
