About the role:

• Lead and oversee all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with Swiss financial regulations and international standards
• Partner closely with the CEO and investment team on strategic planning and business decisions
• Drive the modernization and digitalization of financial systems and processes, including implementation of new technologies and tools
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, and audit processes
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and banking partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture

About the candidate:

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within an investment management, asset management, or financial services firm
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/Swiss GAAP) and regulatory expertise
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize financial systems and technology solutions
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred)
• Experience working in Switzerland or strong knowledge of the Swiss financial environment
