Your Tasks
- Assignments as a certified surgical technician HF in our operating theatre
- Instrument handling and assisting according to your expertise
- Support during increased operating theatre workload, sick leave, and short-term staff shortages
- Collaboration in various specialist areas according to your experience and skills
- Professional and patient-oriented perioperative care
- Close cooperation with the various professional groups in the operating theatre
- The employment is on a 5% hourly wage basis. The pool is intended to enable us to deploy staff flexibly and specifically where support is needed. We take into account both your personal availability and the needs of our operating theatre
- Employment on a 5% hourly wage basis
- Assignments are planned according to availability and by arrangement
- Early and as far as possible, planned deployment scheduling
- Assignments during increased operating theatre workload, illness, and short-term absences
- Opportunity to take on individual additional shifts
- Deployment according to your professional qualification and experience
- You remain part of our operating theatre team, even if you consciously want to work only a small percentage
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified surgical technician HF or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in the operating theatre area
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of working in an interprofessional team
- Flexibility and willingness to step in during staff shortages
- High professional and social competence
- Willingness to contribute your knowledge and experience to our operating theatre
