The responsible role as a lawyer/legal expert for disability benefits offers a varied and complex range of tasks. You have plenty of freedom and flexibility in shaping your working day. What you achieve with us

• Independent management of the assigned insured group
• Review and processing of incoming benefit applications
• Preparation of benefit decisions and legal documents
• Advice and information provision to the insured and their employers
• Consultation with doctors, legal experts, authorities, and other insurance carriers
• Participation in litigation and appeal procedures
• Collaboration on projects

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in law (BLaw, MLaw, lic. iur.) and/or other legal further education with a comparable focus
• Several years of professional experience in benefit processing at a pension fund or another social insurance branch is an advantage or interest in familiarising yourself with this topic
• Fluency in oral and written expression
• Efficient, precise, and structured working style with a flair for numbers
• Collegial and solution-oriented personality with a strong service mindset
