About the job

Your main responsibilities:

• Independent quotation processing with a focus on radiators as well as technical quotation and order processing for ceiling radiant panels and underfloor convectors
• Review of customer enquiries, plans and tender documents as well as design and configuration of suitable products
• Handling selected orders and ensuring a complete and correct handover to order processing
• Expert technical and commercial customer advice, coordination of technical clarifications with specialist departments and support of internal and external sales in projects
• Maintenance of relevant customer, quotation and project data in ERP and CRM systems as well as close cooperation with order processing, sales and product management
• Participation in the optimisation of quotation processes as well as mutual support and deputising within the team

Your qualifications:

• Technical basic training, preferably in heating or building technology, or commercial training with sound technical experience
• Experience in technical internal sales or quotation processing as well as knowledge of heating and building technology
• Confident handling of technical drawings, plans and tenders; professional or commercial further training is an advantage
• Good MS Office and ERP skills; CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and good French skills; Italian and English are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality with an independent, precise way of working as well as flexibility and willingness to familiarise yourself with further product groups
