Specialist Site Manager Building Envelope (m/f/d)

Are you ready to lead demanding building envelopes to success? In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with organisational talent and accompany projects from planning through work allocation to successful handover.

Your tasks:

• Develop market-compliant solutions in the area of building envelope considering the applicable SIA standards
• Planning, calculation and tendering in close cooperation with internal specialists
• Technical support of the construction teams as well as ensuring the required quality standards
• Organisation and accompaniment of work allocation as well as participation in contract preparation
• Ongoing monitoring of execution regarding quality, deadlines and costs
• Proper acceptance of subcontractors' work
• Review and approval of invoices as well as change order management
• Coordination and interface management between client, planners and execution

Your profile:

• Completed training as a tinsmith, roofer or comparable qualification in the field of building envelope
• Solid professional experience in planning, calculation, tendering and site management
• Confident handling of common IT applications
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Team-oriented personality with a high level of service commitment
• Strong organisational skills, resilient and assertive
• Business fluent German skills (at least C1, spoken and written)
