Job Description
- First point of contact for customers by phone and e-mail for service concerns and technical questions
- Receipt and processing of fault reports, service requests, complaints and spare parts orders
- Coordination and scheduling of service technicians in the German-speaking part of Switzerland to ensure smooth customer service
- Support of service technicians with organisational and technical questions
- Preparation and follow-up of offers for maintenance, service and repair work
- Monitoring and coordination of logistical processes in the service area
- Maintenance of customer, service and order data in the ERP system
- Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in internal sales, customer service or service environment
- Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial training with pronounced technical understanding
- Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong service and solution orientation
- Organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German as well as fluent English skills
- French language skills are an advantage
