We offer you a position in the Integrated Risk Expertise division as
Main tasks
- Planning, co-designing, conducting and leading on-site inspections at insurance companies
- Regular interaction with the C-level of the supervised institutions
- Close cooperation with internal specialists, cross-sectional functions and other organisational units of FINMA
- Documentation of results; in-depth investigation of supervisory-relevant regulatory breaches as well as oral and written reporting
- Active participation in the design and further development of our work processes and tools
Profile
- University/University of Applied Sciences degree, e.g. in business administration
- At least 5 years of professional experience at an insurance company or with insight into risk management and/or actuarial science or at an audit firm, ideally further training as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
- Empathetic, communicative and team-oriented personality with a confident manner, negotiation skills and a touch of humour
- Excellent German or French skills (C2) as well as good knowledge (B2) of the other language and English (at least B2)
