Skills
- Completed nursing education or equivalent recognized qualification in Switzerland.
- Proven leadership experience and high social competence.

Your Tasks
- You gladly take responsibility for a residential area with 25 residents with a lot of empathy, sensitivity, and emotional intelligence.
- In doing so, you take on leadership responsibility for around 20 employees including trainees. With competence, prudence, and team spirit, you shape a best-in-class culture and a unique team spirit.
- You take over the existing processes, question and develop them, tailored to the needs of your residential area, and implement them with your team.
- You carry out personnel planning with PEP situationally adapted to the conditions of your residential area.
- You value constructive, trusting, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You build bridges between the residents, their relatives, and involve your employees.
- You contribute your RAI knowledge and support your team in the correct recording of services.
You Bring With You
- A completed training as a nursing specialist HF/DNII or an equivalent tertiary education recognized in Switzerland
- Proven leadership experience with high social competence
- Experience in long-term care
- Resilience, flexibility, and communication skills
- Good IT skills, experience with the RAI classification system and the personnel deployment program PEP
- Very good oral and written German skills
