- Independent observation and communication of therapy success
- Creation, evaluation, and adjustment of the care treatment plan
- Professional documentation in the electronic patient record
- Co-design of the weekly plan for the patients (m/f/d)
- Participation in multiprofessional meetings to evaluate the course of treatment
- Promotion of the social and emotional competence of our patients (m/f/d)
